Dr. Ou presented the optimal reconnaissance work “Guided Post-Earthquake Reconnaissance Considering Resource Constraints for Regional Damage Inference” conducted by Reza Sheibani, in a collaboration with Dr. Nikola Markovic’s team, in the 2022 EMI conference, at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.
